Return Policy

Overview

We stand by the quality of our musical instruments and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the instrument must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Unlimited Warranty on Manufacturer Defects

We offer an unlimited warranty on manufacturer defects. If your instrument develops a defect due to faulty craftsmanship or materials, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., fret wear, finish fading, minor dings/scratches)
  • Damage due to improper handling, accidents, or modifications
  • Issues resulting from exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or improper storage
  • Electronic components, unless the failure is due to a manufacturing defect
  • To file a warranty claim, please contact us at info@praxisguitars.com with proof of purchase and details of the issue.

Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return an instrument for reasons other than a manufacturer defect, it must be unused and in the same condition as received, with all original accessories and packaging.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Instruments returned with visible signs of use
  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, or components
  • Returns made beyond the 30-day period

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as some institutions take time to post refunds.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@praxisguitars.com and we will get back to you within 2 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace instruments if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, email us at {email address} and send your item to {physical address}.

Gift Returns

If the instrument was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return.

If the gift giver had the instrument shipped to themselves before gifting it, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return an instrument, mail it to the originating address.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturer defects covered by our unlimited warranty.

If returning a high-value instrument, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
